Data Stays in the EU
All AI inference runs through Mistral AI — an EU-incorporated company headquartered in France. Your batch data, sensor readings, and model outputs stay in the EU. Mistral is the only EU-incorporated frontier AI provider, and we chose them specifically for that reason.
Read-Only Access
BatchCortex never writes to your production systems. Our tool only has read access to your equipment data. If our system goes down, your production is completely unaffected.
Supabase on Swedish Servers
Postgres database hosted on Swedish servers via Supabase. Your data lives in its own isolated container. Point-in-time recovery enabled via Supabase addon — so nothing is ever permanently lost.
Immutable Audit Trail
Every sign-off, every action, every decision is traced and retrievable via our audit trail database. Full accountability, full traceability — built into the data layer, not bolted on.
Rate-Limited & Secured
All API endpoints are rate-limited (10 req/min on auth, 5 req/min on e-signature). Dashboard and backend are TypeScript on Next.js. The edge agent is Python today with a Rust port in progress. Modern stack, hardened for GMP environments.
EU-Native AI Models
Mistral AI is our current inference provider — EU-incorporated, French jurisdiction. As Mistral expands their European data center footprint, we benefit directly.
