Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This policy defines permitted and prohibited uses of the BatchCortex platform. By accessing BatchCortex you agree to this policy.
2. Permitted Use
BatchCortex is licensed for:
- GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing monitoring
- Batch process anomaly detection and deviation reporting
- Electronic sign-off workflows by qualified pharmaceutical personnel
- Internal quality management within your organisation
3. Prohibited Use
You may not use BatchCortex to:
- Monitor processes outside your licensed manufacturing site without written consent
- Attempt to access other organisations' data or dashboards
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the BatchCortex source code
- Use the platform as the sole basis for batch release decisions without qualified human review
- Disable or circumvent the audit trail or electronic signature systems
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform without written agreement
4. Critical Safety Requirement
BatchCortex is a decision-support tool. All batch release decisions must be reviewed and approved by a qualified pharmacist or Qualified Person (QP) as required under EU GMP. AI-generated reports are drafts for human review β they do not constitute regulatory decisions.
5. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension of access without refund. BatchCortex reserves the right to report violations to relevant regulatory authorities where patient safety may be at risk.
